Here is an update for all of you who are interested:

Irwin Schiff's trial appears to be next with a current trial date of September 12, 2005.

Dr. Ward Dean's trial is currently sceduled for October 3, 2005

Arthur Farnsworth's trial has been moved to November 28, 2005

Tessa Rose...trial date unknown, presumably not set.

We will endeavor to cover all of these trials.

Meanwhile, the number of those wrongly convicted continues to grow:

Innnocent people continue to be released from prison after serving years behind bars for crimes they did not commit. Those who were wrongly convicted evidence something inherently wrong with our justice system. Most recently, Larry Leroy Peterson, a convicted killer from New Jersey, became yet another apparently innocent victim, exhonerated by DNA evidence. He left prison this past week after serving 16 years for a rape and murder the evidence would suggest he didn't commit. The state insist it will attempt to prosecute him again. Go figure.

You can read about his case on line. Here is a link to one story or you can google search his name.
