The trial date has been changed from December 12, 2005 to January 30, 2006. It starts at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 17B at the U.S. District Court, U.S. Courthouse, 601 Market Street, Philadelphia.

If you have not yet taken a look at my two new primers -- one titled Federal Income Tax Primer (which helps you figure out if you're required by law to pay starting with what is in the Form 1040 instruction book) and the other titled Income Primer (definitive work on what "income" means in the 16th Amendment and federal tax acts) -- I encourage you to do so. When you mail people in Club Fed remember the following:

(1) Include no paper clips or staples. Seriously....Club Fed's Cruise Directors consider them contraband as they most likely get used as weapons when people want to cut short their stay.
(2) Do NOT include SASE or stamps or the like. Even Post Office pre-stamped envelopes are taboo.
(3) ALways put a reutrn address on the letter. ANy w/o a return address risk being retained till the person is out.
(4) If you want to send a book, it has to come from the publisher.

Send Atlas Shrugged if you can. Club Fed's Cruise Directors really like their vacationers educating the dumb masses in prison.
